Design, build, and commission under one roof.
From initial specification through panel manufacture to on-site commissioning, every stage is handled by the same engineering team. No vendor handoffs. No documentation gaps.

Bespoke panels built to process requirements.
Every panel begins with the process specification, not a catalogue template. We design the schematic, source the components, and wire and test in our own workshop before delivery.
The result is a panel whose documentation matches what was actually installed — wiring schedules, loop diagrams, and test records produced by the people who built it.
Specification settled before metal is cut.
Instrument control is the translation between your process and your automation system. We audit the I/O schedule, resolve signal conflicts, and confirm the specification in full before manufacture begins.
Water systems have no tolerance for redesign mid-project. Getting the instrument loop right at specification stage is how we avoid it.
The same team that built it, commissions it.
Factory acceptance testing
Site installation and loop checks
Live commissioning and handover
Every panel is fully powered and tested in-workshop against the agreed FAT schedule before it leaves our facility. Faults are resolved before site, not during commissioning.
Our engineers attend site for installation support, verify field wiring against the as-built schedule, and carry out instrument loop checks before live commissioning begins.
System brought into service with the process running. Final documentation — as-installed drawings, test records, O&M pack — delivered at handover, not retrospectively.
